You need to love blogging, “get” social media, could set up a webinar, be happy to help arrange events and enjoy thinking of new and novel ways to set us apart from our competition!

They wanted to create an environment and community where women could feel heard, seen and able to upskill and develop themselves. They have start-ups, heads of large companies, successful small businesses and women on boards – all within their membership. To be successful you need to be the following:
• Extremely professional with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Detail orientated and methodical with exceptional organisational skills & highly efficient
• Innovative and different, and willing to make your mark on the role
• Self-motivated & able to work independently without close supervision
• Strong work ethic with high levels of motivation, enthusiasm and drive in order to add huge value to our SME
• Passionate and energetic
The role will involve:
• Ownership and accountability for the marketing budget and return on investment
• Content creation for all marketing channels
• Creation and implementation of adverts (e.g., Facebook, AdWords) and tracking them for effectiveness
• Creating and curating content for our blog, newsletter and social media outlets
• Working closely with our affiliates to optimise conversion
• Drive partnerships with other companies and blogger outreach
Experience:
• At least 1-2 years previous relevant work experience in a marketing environment,
• Ideally CIM qualified / Certificate in Professional Marketing
• Confidently IT literate in Microsoft Office as a minimum
• Ability to deliver insights from Google Analytics
• Analytical rigor to a/b test different channels and campaigns
• Basic Photoshop and Adobe suite skills and confident copy writer
• Experience marketing channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google AdWords, affiliate network and email/CRM platforms
• Experience conducting blogger and influencer outreach
• Restructuring the website to optimise the user-experience
