The company is now looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer ideally based in Manchester/Liverpool attending calls in the North West of England to join the company's Care Team.
Job Role:
Market Knowledge:
- Understand the customers that operate in the company's market
Strategy Development:
- Broad overview of the long range plan (LRP)
- Input into and execution of departmental strategy
Care Development:
- Ensure compliance with internal and external standards and best practice at all times
- Support the team with advice and solutions to overcome issues that arise
- Support the team with cross functional learning and best practices through bite size training.
Key Requirements:
To be successful in the role, you'll need to have a can do attitude and be self-motivated. You must be flexible as some tasks may require you to work out of your normal working hours or involve an overnight stay.
You must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate with people on all levels with excellent customer service being paramount. You must be able to complete daily, weekly and monthly call reports accurately and in detail. You will also be responsible for maintaining and recording the stock levels on your vehicle.
Ideally the company would be looking for someone with a minimum of an NVQ qualification in Plumbing or electrical with a good sound knowledge of their product range.
