Business development Sales Administrator - £18k per annum + 20 days holiday + bank holidays

Work in Style Limited is a well established company providing clothing apparel to the NHS and Educational establishments in the UK. As a specialist provider of apparel, we focus on building strong relationships and working in partnership with our clients to deliver an unrivalled professional service.

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to support our busy sales team. Ideal candidates will need to be efficient, adaptable workers with good all-round administrative abilities, including a working knowledge of Excel and Word. You will also have excellent communication service skills and be a good organiser.

Description.

  • You will be located at our sales office in Stockport Manchester.
  • Hours: 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday – Friday.
  • Reporting to the sales executives, you will play a key administrative role.
  • You will need excellent communication skills and maintain a courteous and professional manner at all times.
  • Responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in the overall development and performance of sales in a designated regional area by telemarketing.
  • Establish and deliver business plans and strategies in order to expand the customer base.
  • Identify sales opportunities.
  • Ensure customer retention and growth.
  • Build a database whilst currently updating existing information.
  • Commercial awareness of margins and profitability.
  • Strong administration skills are essential with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work loads.
  • Generate client leads, book appointments and increase the customer base.
  • Prepare sales documentation and communicate customer information.
  • You will need to be proactive and flexible and be able to work under pressure.
  • Confident, thorough and collaborative.
