Retail Manager / Supervisor / Sales Assistants

A leader in the e-cigarette arena is seeking a Retail Manager, Retail Supervisor and Sales Assistants for their new store opening soon in Halifax.

Key Responsibilities - All roles
- To welcome customers into the store and clearly understand their requirements before advising them on the product options available,
- To accurately process customer orders through the POS system
- Handle customer orders, enquiries, complaints and refunds
- To be able to demonstrate clear and accurate knowledge of all products available in the store, including operation of the products for customer demonstration.
- To be aware of all product pricing, offers, warranty information, product care and maintenance requirements
- To keep the store clean and tidy at all times and ensure that correct posters and leaflets are always available for customers and that products are effectively displayed

Additional Responsibilities for Retail Manager / Retail Supervisor
- To receive stock deliveries into the store, check for accuracy against the delivery note and add stocks onto the POS.
- To accurately undertake stock counts, report anomalies and inaccuracies
- To accurately balance the takings at the end of the day, reconcile cash taken, card payments and the orders on the POS.
- Maintain accurate stock control, including restocking of forward stock
- Maintain security of stock within the store.
- Staff management and HR issues.

Ideal candidates will
- A passion for vaping
- Have previous experience in a retail / customer service environment
- Have excellent customer facing and communication skills
- Be positive and enthusiastic, thoughtful, flexible and show initiative.

Additional requirements for Retail Manager / Retail Supervisor
- Previous experience in a senior retail role, or looking to move to the next level of management
