An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support Administrator to join a leading provider of outdoor living lifestyle products.
The role will be to assist the sales team with all sales administration and also take ownership of customer care whilst upholding company image and values. A key challenge of the role will be implementing admin processes to ensure information is collated and managed effectively - which will suit a logical thinker who is looking for a career in office management.
They would prefer someone who has experience in dealing with customers both on the telephone and face to face as some front of house work may be required.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor client sales orders to ensure efficient and timely processing
- Processing sales order onto the sales order processing system, acknowledging the sales order, and updating the client throughout the cycle of the sale.
- Ensuring that the sales order is efficiently handled and offering an aftersales service
- Produce additional paperwork required for exports including offline commercial invoices
- Raising a request for purchase orders as required, updating the client with the progress to delivery.
- Liaising with the sales team as required regarding the receipt and despatch of items, logistics for purchase orders & accounts for proforma invoices
- Chasing Outstanding PO's and update expected incoming dates when required.
