Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Specialist – Call Centre to join the team based in Manchester. You will be on a full time permanent contract, with a highly competitive salary of £16,000 per annum.
Job responsibilities as their Customer Support Specialist
- Making Calls arranging Service Installations with our engineers throughout the UK
- Dealing with customer enquiries via email and over the telephone.
- Booking appointments into internal booking system.
- Updating customer details on internal databases.
- Daily, Weekly Reporting to Customers and Management.
- Multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines and workloads.
- Maintaining (SLA) Service Level Agreements.
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn, understand and perform a variety of new tasks.
- Show attention to detail, following set procedures and processes.
- Dealing with all associated administration.
Requirements & Attributes needed to become their Customer Support Specialist
- Previous experience in Customer Service within an office environment
- Customer service orientated
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to manage own work load effectively prioritising and multi-tasking
- Must be confident and courteous on the telephone and be able communicate effectively
- The ability to remain calm under pressure at all times
- Be computer literate.
- Relationship building skills
- Can do attitude
- With a proactive approach to problem solving, have a positive attitude towards things.
- Good attention to detail.
The Customer Support Specialist role entitles you to
- Working Hours – 9am to 5.30pm (5pm finish on a Friday)
- 20 days holiday + 8 Bank Holidays
