Sales Executive - Commercial Property - Mayfair

Basic salary of £25k + with an OTE of £50,000 +

This leading Office Broker company, based in Mayfair, London require bright individuals with the following skills / attributes:

- Exceptional knowledge of the sales process and ability to manage multiple leads to a successful conclusion
- Proven track record in creating and managing new business
- Track record of beating sales targets and KPIs
- Ability to build strong business relationships with clients mostly via the phone but also face-to-face when required
- Ability to listen to the needs of the clients
- Positive attitude
- Professional image & ambitious
- Good oral and written communication skills
- PC Literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Punctual & Good Attendance Record
- Able to work within a team environment and exhibit role model behaviour through attitude and results

Property sales experience is desired but not necessary as full training will be given. Corporate experience could also be an advantage.

They are looking for a number of different sales positions and will consider candidates at all levels. Starting salaries will reflect experience.
