Who they're looking for:

The organisation is looking for qualified clinicians such as Occupational Therapists, Nurses and Physiotherapists to join their experienced team. Due to increased customer demand and opportunities to develop their services, they need Rehabilitation Case Managers that have a clinical background in serious and catastrophic injury such as acquired brain injury, complex orthopaedic or amputee management.

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your clinical skills and experience, in a commercial environment to help their clients reach their rehabilitation goals. You will be assessing clients, developing and managing their rehabilitation programmes in conjunction with other healthcare professionals and supporting their return to work. You need to be creative, flexible and have first class communication and interpersonal skills and align with their company values.

Their Rehabilitation Managers work from their own home base across the UK but travel regularly to meet their clients. They meet together at every opportunity and have regular training events to ensure they continue to develop both individually and as a team.
