They currently have an exciting opportunity for a customer focused Team Leader to develop and lead a team of Field Collection Agents who issue cash loans to customers on manageable weekly repayment plans. This opportunity will cover the Bournemouth area.

This role would suit someone with excellent people skills, and a natural ability to build relationships, with experience of leading others and dealing with customers face to face. Experience in the home collected credit sector in either field or sales would be advantageous.

You will drive your own business area, motivating your Agents to deliver quality lending and collections performance to ensure good customer outcomes and business growth within your area.

A full, UK driving licence is necessary for this role.
