An opportunity has arisen to join a forward thinking and progressive department within Progress Housing Group, based at Sumner House in Leyland. We are constantly looking for ways in which we can improve the level of service we offer to our customers and we are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and self-motivated person to join us.
We are looking for someone who has worked within a housing environment and has call handling experience, dealing with a high volume of calls, is passionate about providing excellent customer services and thrives on working in a challenging and changing environment.
Your main focus will be the delivery of a customer focused, high quality service that meet the needs of our customers. This will include dealing with a wide range of housing enquiries including property repairs and general enquiries. The majority of these enquiries are by telephone however you will also deal with a variety of administrative duties and face to face contact with customers.
Teamwork is an essential part of this role and you should be enthusiastic and self-motivated, able to demonstrate that you can work to targets and under pressure and have excellent IT, administrative, organisational and communication skills.
You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an enthusiastic and professional approach to dealing with customers and a positive attitude towards change.
