The Sales Support Coordinator Opportunity:

As part of our Global Sales Support team, you’ll have a wide-ranging brief. For a start, you’ll deal with system processing for new and renewal customers of our online products. It’ll see you research customer databases, analyse holdings, ensure quotes are calculated correctly and produce system invoicing for fee payment.

The role will also involve you in customer care and support, so you’ll draw on your analytical skills to resolve customers’ technical problems or online access issues. As their first point of contact, they’ll depend on you to solve the issues you can and pass up any that prove too complex. Additionally, you’ll be managing the renewal process for your own portfolio of overseas accounts.

Required Skills:
 
A graduate or equivalent, you’ll have experience in customer service, support or order fulfilment. You’ll be very comfortable working with systems – even new ones – and bring us some knowledge of order entry or customer management systems. It would be ideal if you have a publishing background, but your resourcefulness, adaptability, initiative and attention to detail will be more important.
