The private client department is now looking for a solicitor with a real interest in marketing and business development to join the team.
THE ROLE
The firm is looking for someone to undertake a mixed caseload relating to elderly client matters and a project relating to the wills database, which will involve contacting existing clients and attracting new instructions into the department in general. You should therefore have excellent client care skills with a diplomatic approach combined with an interest in marketing and business development in general. As well, you will be liaising with the conveyancing team in relation to probate sales, and advising on tax planning. When applying for this vacancy, please quote reference KT23189.
THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be a solicitor of at least 2 years' PQE;
Have a good background in private client work, with a particular understanding of elderly client work;
Enjoy business development and marketing;
Have first class communication skills, with the ability to explain complex matters in clear, accessible and diplomatic language.
