Project Workers

The Keys Group is now recruiting for our Outdoor children’s Residential Centre based in Burnley, Lancashire. This service will offer an exciting and innovative approach to residential childcare.

The centre provides individually tailored outdoor adventure activities, led by highly qualified staff with programs designed to challenge, stimulate, teach, motivate and develop young people who are in need of Emergency or Planned Respite.

If you are dynamic, fun, caring, enthusiastic, flexible and willing to work away from home and most importantly eager to work with challenging young people then this is the position for you!

We are recruiting for Project Workers – outdoor qualifications are desirable however not necessary. We are looking for people with a passion for working with young people and engaging in outdoor activities.
