Business Development Manager – Managed Print Services (LPS), UK – National coverage

As a Business Development Manager for Lyreco Print Services (LPS) you will take responsibility for driving forward the LPS proposition and overall sales result, focusing on the SME marketplace. You will coordinate and manage the project from the initial set up of the program. This will include assessment of the supply chain and development of the offering, whilst being fully accountable for service delivery and sales support in line with this.

As the sole point of contact for the LPS project for WISE you will liaise closely with the Lyreco Group LPS Project Leader.

Key responsibilities of a Lyreco Business Development Manager:

- As subject matter expert for the LPS business you will act as the coach for the SME marketplace, providing sales related knowledge and expertise as required throughout the business.

- Transferring and developing knowledge to colleagues and peers through training workshops.

- Coordinating the print services project and helping to build and develop knowledge within the sales division.

- Working with Sales Representatives on sales contracts and the overall opportunity.

- Keep up to date with market trends by undertaking appropriate training and attending relevant events.

- Creating and developing successful business relationships with external partners, suppliers as well as internal stakeholders and relevant business divisions.

- Collect, validate and communicate ideas for improvement and project manage their deployment.

- Providing sales support by creating performance measures and monitoring these.

- Managing and setting up administration systems to ensure effective reporting methods.

- Manage the implementation of a first line technical support structure.

- Manage the set up of the end-user support structure to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Work closely with Marketing on eligible products, services and suppliers within agreed boundaries.

- Participate in all LPS workshops organised by Lyreco Group and active involvement in the LPS knowledge centre.

- In – depth knowledge and understanding of print services including MPS and MFD solutions.

- Strong track record in business development, including customer acquisition and development.
