Salary: circa £27,000.00 pa (pro-rata if part-time)

Job Type: Full-time but part-time will also be considered

Our client specialise in blended learning. They are looking to hire assessors based at home with travel in or around the Birmingham / West Midlands area.

Due to expansion, the company are looking to recruit legal assessors in the areas above to assess on the following programmes: Intermediate Apprenticeship in Legal Administration/Business Administration (Level 2), Advanced Apprenticeship in Legal Services (Level 3) and the Paralegal trailblazer.

The role is target driven and will involve a combination of face-to-face delivery and remote assessment of competence qualifications. The roles will be based from home.

The Candidate:

The successful candidates will be occupationally competent: legal practice experience and qualified to CILEx Level 6/degree level would be ideal. Any area of practice is acceptable. Teaching or lecturing experience of learners post GCSE is also desirable. Ideally, the company would like the successful candidates to hold an assessor qualification, but that is not essential as they will provide their own in-house training. ICT skills will need to be strong.

Full UK driver's licence, vehicle and strong internet connection are essential.
