Marketing Manager

This multi award-winning luxury bed manufacturer supplying some of the finest homes and hotels around the world, based in Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire, near Aylesbury and High Wycombe, is currently looking for a Marketing Manager for its Retail and Consumer Division, to develop the marketing strategy and to work across the full marketing mix.

Responsible for brand, communication and product management, including the development of in-store merchandising, consumer advocacy and retailer promotions plus undertaking market research and analysis to shape product and service development.

Working alongside external marketing agencies, the wider marketing and sales team and a network of UK and international retailers to ensure the brand identity is consistently applied and the brand awareness and reputation are maximised.

They are looking for a commercially aware marketer, ideally with at least 5 years' international consumer marketing experience. A strong team player and a self-starter with line-management experience. Proven creative flair and experience of developing customer insight; creating highly effective strategic and tactical marketing campaigns and innovative promotion calendars; launching new products and improving the whole customer experience.

A robust strategic thinker; organised and tenacious, with great project management, leadership and analytical skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
