Customer Services Officer x 2 - Part Time
1 x fixed term contract until March 2017
1 x fixed term contract until March 2018

£19,928 to £23,318 per annum, pro rata
18.25 hours per week (rota basis, primarily working mornings)

The post holder must be able to deliver a high quality, responsive and effective service by actioning and resolving first line customer enquiries to 16 Summer Lane received via telephone, email, social media and post to agreed quality standards and targets.

You should have experience of working in a customer interface environment, ideally handling high volumes of telephone calls and dealing with contentious issues, and as you'd expect, have excellent communication skills and a patient and understanding approach to others.

Successful candidates will hold a GCSE (A-C) in English and Maths, an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Customer Service is highly desirable.

Successful applicants will be invited to half a day Assessment Centre on Tuesday 20 September, AM.

Successful candidates will then be invited for a 1 hour interview on Thursday 22 September.

Start date for position will be Tuesday 25 October 2016.
