Residential Youth Worker

Lavoro Care is an extremely busy recruitment agency specialising in Health and Social Care. Due to a significant increase in business, exciting opportunities have arisen for  residential support workers to join Lavoro Care’s successful team.

We have work available in the North Wales and Cheshire areas.

We have day and night shifts available seven days per week and can offer part-time work for students at weekends and on days off and we also have longer bookings for holiday periods. In addition, we also have full-time work available for those who are able to commit to full-time hours.

Our support workers work with children and young people with a variety of complex needs including mental health issues, learning disabilities, autism and emotional and behavioural difficulties etc. in residential and supported living settings. Due to Ofsted requirements, candidates who work with children must be a minimum of 21 years old.

The right candidates will be flexible, reliable and have a strong work ethic. Candidates must also be able and willing to travel locally within their area.

In return, we can offer flexible hours, excellent rates of pay with a realistic opportunity to regularly earn £700 per week for full-time workers and free specialist training courses for all staff, including MAPA, Medication and autism / epilepsy training.

Successful candidates will be required to undergo full safer employment checks including an enhanced DBS check.We also accept portable, enhanced DBS checks.

As soon as safer employment checks and training are complete, immediate work is available
