Service Delivery Administrator

Due to continued growth, VTG Rail, the UK‘s largest railfreight wagon leasing company, has a new opening for an enthusiastic Administrator to work within the Service Delivery department at our Quinton offices.

You will be responsible for providing strong administrative support to enable effective management of our customer and maintenance partner contract performance. Your role will be varied, including data entry, cost reconciliation, data analysis and interpretation, and report preparation.

Likely to have previous experience in an administrative support role, you will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational and administration capabilities and first class IT skills, including database applications and experience of using Word and Excel at Intermediate level.

Full time position: 37.25 hours/week. We would also consider a job share for the right applicants.
