Lead Generator

This boutiquey, family-run, international business is looking for a lead generator with proven experience of intelligently and tastefully utilising phone (and email, social media and post where appropriate) to generate leads.

They help people to shine brighter and businesses to become great by designing and delivering tailor-made training solutions in a range of subjects from Customer service to Management, Sales and Equality and Diversity. Their customers include Gucci, IKEA, Volvo, Mercedes, English National Ballet, as well as all sorts of different public sector organisations.

Practicalities:

- They need someone 10 - 15 hours a week
- They can be pretty flexible (within UK business hours) when agreeing times of work
- £12 / hour + £10 per valid telephone lead and £20 per valid face-to-face appointment
- Place of work is at their HQ in Moseley, Birmingham
- Initially a 3 month contract (hopefully to be extended to longer term!)
- You can choose your own (suitable) job title to make introductions easier

Requirements:

They are looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience of lead generation
- Can represent the brand by being energetic, memorable and sharp
- Is enthused about becoming part of a small team where everyone contributes to the office vibe and team success
- Is used to organising and prioritising data and opportunities to get results, fast
- Will proactively contribute creative ideas about how to maximise on opportunities
- Can confidently communicate with HR Managers, Directors and Managing Directors
- Is fully computer-literate, specifically: Microsoft, LinkedIn, CRMs (they use Salesforce)
- Experience of HR / training is a massive bonus but no worries if not; they will be on hand to train you up to ensure the best chance of success!
