This is an exciting opportunity for a Co-ordinator to join the Student Records & Timetabling team within the Academic Registry, providing a challenging and varied working environment.

In addition to supporting events managed and delivered by the Academic Registry, the post-holder will be responsible for the management of the Student Records system and associated processes, including the co-ordination of student enrolment. The post involves working with a range of staff from across all sections of the University, so excellent communication skills are essential.

The post-holder will be expected to line manage a high performing team, dealing with a wide range of student and staff queries. Designing and implementing policies, procedures, system developments, reporting and implementing new processes that ensure data integrity will be a key part of this role.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically the advanced functions of Excel, as well as the ability to prioritise their own workload and have highly developed organisational, administrative and customer focused service skills.
