We are seeking a full-time Senior Carer to join our Clevedon team. Ideal candidates will have proven experience of working within a care environment and be positive, self-motivated and enjoy working in domiciliary care. Within this role you will play a key role in supporting the practical induction of our new Care Workers and, in the absence of the Team Leader, offer our Care Workers expert advice and help plan and supervise their work. You will also deliver person-centred to enable customers to remain living in their own homes as safely and independently as possible.

The hours are 37.5 hours per week, and comes with a competitive salary which starts from £16,867 per annum, 40p per mile travelled, with uniform provided.

From your first day we will support you in your development and growing skills set, including on the job training, mentoring and guidance from our dedicated Team Leaders and access to our range of training programmes.

You must have a full driving licence with access to transport. Successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check, paid for by Alliance Living Care.
