Wiltshire Citizens Advice -Advice Session Supervisor

Hours: Various with a minimum of 18.5 hours per week

Salary: 23,945 full time equivalent

Annual leave: 33 days pro rata including Bank Holidays

Term: Temporary and Permanent

Location: Salisbury, Trowbridge or Chippenham.

Wiltshire Citizens Advice is evolving and needs new people to help deliver our service in a new way. What you need: You need to be client focussed and can work to support volunteers and help them grow. We need people to ensure that we can best use our staff and volunteers to provide the best quality advice, face to face and on the telephone. You will need experience of working in a customer service environment, possibly in the advice, statutory or third sector. What you dont need: Previous work experience in Citizens Advice or in depth technical knowledge of a particular advice subject area. We have multiple channels of support to help you do this. You just need to bring the enquiring mind and the people skills.
