Position: Senior Restructuring Manager - Insurance
Location: London
Salary: £100000 - £130000 per annum Plus excellent benefits

Our client is a leading insurance business seeking to appoint a skilled and articulate Senior Restructuring Manager to be responsible for identifying and executing exit strategies within the Group and to join a dynamic organization office based in City of London. This job is a commercial finance role encompassing M&A, problem solving and presentation work to senior stakeholders. The new Senior Manager will be required to build strong relationships both internally and externally in order to successfully perform this role. Main duties will include:
* Analysis of underlying data in the portfolio
* Identifying value for potential buyers
* Identifying exit strategy to maximise return
* Build a strong network with external stakeholders
* Prepare detailed business case presentations
* Prepare a communication plan internally and externally
Background and competencies:
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or CFA qualification
* Insurance related transaction experience
* Experience in project managing transactions in a Corporate M&A environment
* Solid knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint
