Come and work for Parkdean Resorts as a Head Chef at Tummel Valley Holiday Park and experience what it is like to work on a holiday park! Reporting into the Deputy General Manager, we are looking for a Head Chef with strong organisational skills to join us on a full time permanent basis.

Working within a team of 5 including 1 x 2nd Chef, 2 x Chefs and 2 x Kitchen Porters.

Your responsibilities will include:-

• Leading the kitchen team to deliver menu items in a timely and efficient manner
• Strict management of waste control
• Meticulous health & safety standards
• Ordering in conjunction with Complex Manager
• Rota and hours management
• Recruitment and training
• Driving customer satisfaction levels through excellent food production

A successful candidate will have:

• Exceptional organisational skills
• Previous experience of working in a fast paced, high volume kitchen
• Experience in stock take & budget control
• Excellent people, man-management and communication skills
• Experience of managing a team

This is an established position on a park that is open 11 months of the year.

You will be working 48 hours per week including evenings and weekends.
Due to its beautiful remote location, we do offer live-in accommodation for the successful candidate.
