Gleeson Developments Limited, the house building company within MJ Gleeson plc is now seeking experienced Site Managers to be based in our North East Region.
The successful candidates will participate, as directed by senior staff, in the progression, quality and innovation of Gleeson Developments Limited.
This requires the co-ordination of all information to allow the developments to run through from initial conception to full completion.
As a Gleeson Site Manager, you will ensure that all properties are completed within the site program and budget, whilst adhering to NHBC and building regulations at all times and actively encouraging a philosophy of safety, quality, progress and innovation.
