Northwood Group provide the manufacturing, supply and transportation of away-from-home professional paper hygiene products.

Based at our site in Meltham, Northwood Hygiene Products are actively recruiting for experienced and motivated Factory Cleaners to join our dynamic and expanding business.

Operating a 3 shift system we currently are recruiting for afternoon and night shift Factory Cleaner – Permanent Contract (Fixed Shift Rota):

Hours of Work – 

• Afternoon Shift – 2.00 pm – 10.00 pm; or 
• Night Shift - 10.00 pm – 6.00 am

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Shop Floor Housekeeping standards
• Ensure all machine areas are free from any debris and waste 
• Maintains clean and orderly work area
• Move large refuge containers from production to relevant area using FLT
• Packing reject rolls
• Other ad hoc duties as and when required 

Essential skills:

• Valid FLT and Clamp Truck license
• Ability to communicate effectively in a team or self-directed work environment
• Demonstrate personal safety awareness and promote a safe work environment
