Flame Health Optometry are currently working with an high-end, luxury, large independent optical provider to recruit an experienced Optical Assistant Manager within Canary Wharf.

As an Optical Assistant Manager you will oversee all aspects of store operations; including sales, profitability, recruiting, maintenance and inventory control as well as ensuring excellent customer service is delivered. You will improve the overall business performance and achieve objectives through effective management, leadership and development of the people in your team.

We are looking for individuals with a strong Optometry background that have led a progressive career and are looking to work within a premium/luxury sector.
