Head Chef, Fresh seasonal produce, unique, branded style operation - GBP36,000
An exciting opportunity has presented itself for a strong Head Chef from a branded restaurant or Gastro pub background to join this busy operation in one of its central London sites
The operation is unique and offer something for everyone, as an entertainment venue the trade is mainly busy evening service with a steady lunch time trade offering sumptuous bar snacks, Seasonal a la carte dishes in the restaurant, private dining, canapes and more in a very unique setting.
The site is busy, the pass is busy, and team are amazing. This is a great opportunity for someone from a fresh food, high street/branded restaurant background looking to break away from the normal restaurant groups, you will be responsible for working to spec, but will get input with the executive chef on seasonal menu changes.
As head chef you will managing a team of around 12 chefs, be responsible for all stock, rotas, ordering GP management, training and ensuring you are creating a fun environment for you team.
This would suit someone who has experiences of Branded style operations as the menus is company set with weekly turnovers in excess of GBP25,000 per week, experience with BOH systems such as Fourth hospitality and FnB shop will be looked up on very favourably.
