Registered Nurse RMN/RNLD/RNMH – Phoenix House, Specialist Mental Health Hospital
Welshpool, Powys (Phoenix House)
£26,730 to £31,125 per annum for working a standard flexible shift pattern over 37.5 hours per week plus additional benefits
Our client is an Award Winning provider of a wide range of specialist residential health care services for adults with learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions, personality disorders, complex mental health problems and medical conditions.
They are recruiting for enthusiastic and dedicated Nurses to join their existing, highly skilled specialist team to deliver comprehensive assessment and treatment, high quality clinical inputs and rehabilitation programmes to the individuals that reside at their Phoenix House Hospital in Wales. An exclusive hospital service that provides a specialist pathway of services for men with complex mental health issues that may be detained under the Mental Health Act.
In this exciting specialist role you will:
• Work closely with their in-house Consultant Psychiatrists, Psychologists and Therapists to develop effective, highly specialised, individual care and treatment programmes for the service users
• Provide leadership and support to the care teams
• Provide the highest level of specialist care to their service users through positive behaviour support and promoting personalisation, independence and safety at all times

• Starting pay is dependent on experience - £12.85 (Newly Qualified Preceptor) to £15.10 per hour, this includes a location enhancement of 50p per hour
