Daily Responsibilities

Our Operations Department based in Aylesbury is looking for a number of Client Services Assistants to join their busy and vibrant call centre and data centre on a permanent and temporary basis due to the volume of calls. The department is the first point of contact for customers to the Kennel Club and manages a varied range of calls, as well as the administrative side of all our services and products. The role will involve working as a call centre agent, mainly inbound calls in a busy team. You will also be required to process forms which will entail a high volume of data input, as well as respond to emails and write correspondence.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications required:

  • Previous Call Centre experience - a minimum of 1 year
  • Previous experience of using a database
  • Previous data Input experience
  • Ability to write and construct letters/emails
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A team player but able to work on own initiative
  • Good working knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Good time management/flexible towards working hours
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
