Position Title: GTR Billing Specialist
Position Summary
DTCC’s Global Trade Repository (GTR) Service supports trade submissions for 100% of OTC derivatives traded in each asset class regardless of whether trade is electronically processed or bespoke – paper confirmed. The Billing operation function looks after customer queries for GTR Billing across multiple jurisdictions and performs operational processes and controls related to the GTR billing service.
Support for client queries includes:

Reconciliation of trades reported vs trades being billed and investigation of any discrepancies

Fee schedule and system logic clarification
-
Invoice contact updates
-
Invoice adjustments
-
Ad hoc requests
Operational processes and responsibilities include:

Calculation and validation of billing related reports and invoices
-
Maintenance and verification of billing accounts - client billing profile set ups and static data maintenance

Contribute in system and process enhancements and Business Requirement discussions

Client outreach
Primary Responsibilities
-
Provides support to participants in regards to Global Trade repository and reconciling reported trades against trades being charged for.

Manage client queries, adhering to timely responses to client queries and performing client outreach
-
Performs and monitors day-to-day processing activities related to the control functions within the Billing operations
-
Performs account setups related to Billing processes
-
Ensures strict adherence to procedures and critical time frames
-
Liaise with various internal departments such as Product Management, technical and development teams, finance department and participates in the working group calls
-
Provides input to develop/modify procedures and controls in order to reduce risk
-
Identifies processing issues for the manager’s review and resolution
-
May handle basic administrative processes
