Training 2000 is a charitable trust set up by a consortium of Lancashire businesses and is now one of the largest Group Training Associations in England, with over 50 years' experience of delivering high quality work-based learning and training programmes to industry and individuals. We have grown to more than 250 staff and 6 centres across the North West and other areas of the UK, working with national employers across a wide range of sectors, whilst maintaining local support.

An important vacancy has arisen in the Company’s Shared Services operation for a Customer Service Advisor on a 6 month fixed term contract based at Nelson.

About the role:

The core responsibility for the customer service advisor will be the professional management and resolution of all incoming customer calls, portraying a professional, responsible and positive company image at all times. The customer service advisor will be competent in handling varied transactions of administrative workloads and be flexible in their approach to work.

The successful candidate will be able to work on a self-directed basis, but also operate as part of a shared services team, demonstrating both the ability to work under pressure whilst providing a highly responsive customer service.

All training and development will be provided alongside a robust induction programme.
