External Laser Sales Engineer

HTA, part of the WEC Group, have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven External Laser Sales Engineer based in the South.   This is a field based role covering the South of the UK with regular scheduled visits to HTA Group in Coventry. This is a fantastic opportunity for an External Sales Engineer who is looking to progress within a dynamic and rapidly expanding engineering firm. We are offering an excellent salary package of £30,000-£35,000 Negotiable DOE plus bonus.

Privately owned for over 35 years, and now one of the UK’s leading & multi award winning Engineering companies, WEC is looking to recruit an enthusiastic External Sales Engineer to represent our busy and expanding team at HTA Group in Coventry, part of the WEC Group.

Key Responsibilities as our External Laser Sales Engineer include:

-  Promote the products and services of WEC Group, focussing on this sub contract division HTA Group Ltd

- Sourcing new customers, generating business at a senior level, and maintaining a high standard of service

- Produce weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasting data

- Reporting to the Sales Director at regular meetings to review KPI targets

Knowledge, Skills, Experience needed to become our External Laser Sales Engineer:

- Ideally you must have experience in a similar sales capacity within the metals industry, preferably from a laser cutting or fabrication background.

- You must have proven achieved target sales within the industry, as well as excellent organisational, numeracy and computer literacy skills.

External Laser Sales Engineer Working Hours:

Mon-Thurs 7:30am-4pm and Friday 7:30am-3pm. 39hrs per week.
