Excell Supply is Wales’ leading Education Specialist based in Mold, Flintshire. We are currently recruiting for Welsh Speaking Cover Supervisors to work in Secondary Schools who we work closely with throughout Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire and Wrexham. We have immediate opportunities for both day to day and long term supply positions.

We want to provide our schools with innovative Cover Supervisors who put student learning at the centre of everything they do. If you are a passionate and enthusiastic teacher we would love to hear from you!

We are looking for applicants who have previous classroom experience and who have good behavior management skills. We pride ourselves in supporting all of our candidates throughout their professional career and have a range of training courses on offer to those who work with us.

As members of the REC (Recruitment & Employment Confederation) and Umbrella body to the DBS, (Disclosure & Barring Service) Excell Supply is committed to the safeguarding and welfare of children. All applicants will be subject to through employment checks and must have an Enhanced DBS certificate in place.

In order to be considered for this role applicants must be registered with the EWC (see ewc.wales for more information)

The ideal candidate will have;

• Previous classroom experience
• Good behavior management skills
• Ability to ensure children progress through work set by the classroom teacher
• Excellent communication skills
• Good time management skills
