The Company is a rapidly growing accounting and business advisory firm, specialising in accounting, tax and business consulting for entrepreneurial businesses.Set up 3 years ago they have now grown to a team of 12 with a client base across a range of sectors and of varying sizes. The Company's services cover statutory accounts and tax compliance and advisory together with ad-hoc business consultancy projects including preparing business plans and financial forecasts, market research, competitor benchmarking and strategic planning.
The Company's marketing effort is focussed online and their current website generates c.200 inbound leads per month. They currently rank on the first page of Google for each of their chosen key words and maintain this through a constant stream of new content on their blog covering issues affecting small businesses.
The Company is now seeking an experienced marketing manager who can run the company's marketing activities and help take the business to the next level.
Responsibilities will include:
- Helping formulate the content marketing strategy for the business, both long and short term
- Managing the administration of the website, including structure
- Creating content ideas, managing content production and proof-reading articles
- Content SEO including linking and keywords
- Managing social media activity
- Actively seeking engagement with their content from complimentary sites and media (PR)
- Contributing to content were relevant
- Monitoring and reporting on KPIs
Experience of content marketing and good SEO knowledge and capability are essential to success in this role. The proven ability to help design and then implement a marketing strategy will also be advantageous.
They are seeking a candidate who has the knowledge and the experience to take control of the marketing function, reporting directly to and working closely with the Board.
