Job Title: Sales Administrator

Location: Loughborough, LE11 5HN

Salary: £14,500pa

Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team in Loughborough. You will be responsible for ensuring effective ordering and control of New Vehicle Stock, Vehicle location and preparation through good administration support to sales team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective system of locating and transferring of customer required /stock vehicles, preparation of documentation and organising collection and delivery appropriate to vehicle status
  • Ensure effective administration systems to control stock records, vehicle preparation, invoicing, and handover documentation providing support to sales team
  • Control taxing of sold vehicles, including surrendering of unexpired road fund licence
  • Ensure effective stock control of new vehicles to minimise adopted units
  • Provide administration to Sales Manager
  • Ensure work practices and procedures are maintained to a statutory, corporate, CVP and ISO 9001:2000

The ideal candidate will have worked as a sales administrative role previously or have an administrative background. You will be organised and be able to work well in a pressured environment and to strict deadlines.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Maths and English GCSE (grade C and above)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills - at all levels of the business
  • Computer literate (Kerridge if possible, excel, e-mail)
  • Calm and level-headed
  • Able to prioritise work load
