German Speaking Sales Executive.

Global software company looking to recruit German speaking Sales Executive for its UK operations in Hampshire (approx. 25 miles to the SW of London)

In this role, you'll be responsible for promoting excellence in lead qualification, management, and development. You will follow up with customers who make inquiries about their software solutions + services and collaborate with stakeholders in the business, including Marketing, Sales, and partner teams.

You'll also collaborate with the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Marketing team to optimize return from each marketing activity and identify cross and up-sell opportunities. You will need to be able to apply consultative qualification techniques to quality incoming leads, and you'll need to be able to understand complex business problems to take an educational approach in engaging with end users.

Key Responsibilities

•             Qualify incoming calls, emails, and inquiries

•             Ensure that outbound activity is in line with set targets and objectives

•             Use concise messaging to target a variety of industry verticals and contacts

•             Use effective methods to manage an accurate and up-to-date pipeline

•             Accurately forecast and adjust activity and behaviour based on pipeline coverage

•             Provide regular and ad-hoc business reports and feedback to Sales and Marketing teams, and other senior management

•             Provide visibility to the direct line manager and other senior management on successes

•             Work against predefined quarterly lead qualification, conversion, and revenue target

•             Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the industry

•             Provide support to direct and wider members of the team

•             Ensure that CRM systems are maintained and up-to-date

The Person

•             Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal

•             Thorough knowledge of the sales cycle within an IT organization

•             Knowledge of consultative sales techniques like solution selling

•             Degree level education

•             Internal account management experience

•             Previous experience managing outbound activities

•             Flexible, adaptable, and career-oriented

•             Comfortable presenting thoughts, ideas, and successes to the business

•             Prior experience with Salesforce.com is a plus

•             Willingness and motivation to learn and progress in a successful software organization

In return for your Language + sales skills you can expect to be rewarded with a base salary of £30,000 + £10k bonus + Accelerated bonus + full benefits package.
