CCTV Monitoring Ltd is one of the UKs leading security specialists focusing primarily within the construction sector. We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Monitoring Operative. This is a full time position, based at our central control room in Emley approximately 20 minutes from Huddersfield town centre.
The Role:
You will be responsible for receiving and responding to alarm activations as well as dealing with The Police and Customers via phone and email communication. An experience of the Immix Cloud monitoring platform would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have worked within the security industry previously and be able to work within a team environment. You should be smart, courteous, motivated and proactive.
In addition you should also be able to demonstrate:
- Experience within a security environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- A passion for excellent customer service
