I am now recruiting a Part 3 Architect for a creative medium sized architectural practice in Cardiff. My client works on a variety of bespoke projects and requires a part 3 architect to take them through the entire process, through to delivery on site.
Applicants must have their Part 3 and be registered with the ARB.
A range of previous project experience is welcome.
Candidates must be proficient in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD and Revit and be confident working to UK regulations as well as the regulations specified by the Local Governing body.
