Our client now has an exciting role for a Stock Condition Surveyor to join their Asset Management department. The successful candidate will be a methodical and accurate person, with an excellent degree of construction/refurbishment knowledge and a proven track record of completing stock condition surveys.

Working with the Data Analyst and Head of Commercial and Investment, the role will involve visiting our client's customers to carry out stock condition surveys in order to establish the age and condition of key components within each property to drive the organisation’s future investment programmes and ensuring on going compliance with the Decent Homes requirements.

Data is collected on Mobile tablet devices and experience of using mobile technology would be preferable but not essential.
