Lammermuir Care Home in Dunbar, has an opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join their team.
Job Purpose
Our Registered Nurses will prescribe, deliver and supervise the execution of excellent standards of care in accordance with our policies and procedures. You will also lead a care team to promote rehabilitation and independence, alongside dignity and respect.
What we are looking for
We are looking for talented, passionate and professional Nurses to join our care team, specifically, you will have:
• Registration with the NMC
• The ability to lead and motivate a team of care staff
• The ability to analyse problems and propose solutions
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• IT skills
• The ability to work under pressure and prioritise your workload effectively
