Based in our client’s data centre, you’ll swiftly resolve a range of technical and application related issues, both over the phone and in person.

You’ll monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, as well as supporting the roll-out of new applications. Additionally, you’ll provide database access and support to customers.

As part of your role, you’ll be required to travel to customer sites and provide out-of-hours emergency support.

Your other duties will involve:

- Troubleshooting system and network problems

As a Technical Support Engineer, you must have excellent communication, multi-tasking and problem solving skills, as well as a ‘can do’ attitude and a logical approach.
