Warehouse Administrator
Northwood Hygiene Products are leaders in converting and supplying professional paper hygiene products to the away from home market. Our aim is to be the preferred supply chain partner for any organisation involved in the disposables, paper, and tissue industries. We have a number of market leading brands operating across the systems, wiping and commodities sectors, including Bay West, Leonardo, Essentials, Optimum, Perform and Optimum ProWipers. We operate a strong environmental policy and our mission is to follow an ethical and ecological approach in every area of our business.
You must be confident, extremely well organised and methodical, with the ability to control the flow of paperwork meticulously. You will have a proven ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
The key functions of these roles include, but are not limited to:-
- Allocating Orders ready to be picked and subsequent to follow orders
- Booking external carriers transport using their online portals and printing labels as needed
- Confirming despatch accurately to ensure customers are invoiced correctly and that the correct paperwork accompanies every shipment.
We have 2 positions to fill - Morning Shift 06:00 - 14:00; and Afternoon Shift 14:00 - 22:00.
