Housingrecruit.com is currently advertising for two enthusiastic and self-motivated Finance Officers on behalf of their client, a leading social housing provider based in Chester.

These are newly created roles in the Finance Team and will be vital in helping the following sub-teams with the Finance Department to deliver a first class service.

Capital and Assets Team:  Responsible for all activities in relation to the assets of the Association, including housing properties and other fixed assets.  This team also takes ownership of all banking transactions and relationships with funders and payroll.

Income and Charges Team: Responsible for all accounting transactions relating to rental and service charge income, including preparing service charge budgets and reporting, and actual spend against budgets

Both Finance Officer roles will routinely be involved in a wide variety of finance tasks including preparing and reporting on monthly management information, production of management accounts, budget setting and variance analysis of actual results against budget.

There will be an opportunity to gain experience across all areas of the Finance Team so these are excellent roles which provide plenty of opportunities to develop your skills and experience.
