Demonstrator Product Specialist

Working directly with a regional Customer Consultant the Demonstrator Product Specialist has a vital role in delivering customer experience.

General Duties/Job Role:
To maximise every vehicle demonstration and delivering an outstanding sales experience
To daily update/review the online diary, making sure the relevant timings and travel required are acknowledged
Attend quarterly coaching and product update meetings
Ensure you have the latest product knowledge in order to have a clear line of communication with clientele
Ensure the Demonstration vehicle supplied is maintained
Ensure all documentation and relevant paperwork are completed
Work with the Regional Customer Consultant to maximise all test drive bookings and customer prospect opportunities
Support all customer vehicle handovers
Escalate all matters that require management support in a timely manner
At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 20:00, Sunday 11:00 to 18:0, Bank Holidays 11:00 to 18:00.

Benefits: basic salary of £15,000 & £5,000 OTE & Company Car
