Grade 7: £31,656 - £37,768 p.a.
We have an opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our Human Resources Department.
You will support the Deputy Director of HR (Operations) in the provision of a comprehensive generalist and advisory Human Resources service to specific academic and professional support departments.
You will be the first point of contact for management and staff in these areas, advising on all matters concerning staffing, such as employee relations and recruitment and selection. You will also support a specific area of strategic organisational development and it is envisaged that the post holder would act as the primary adviser and source of expertise on reward systems, processes and outcomes.
You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and be CIPD qualified, with generalist experience. A team player, you must also be able to work independently and must be committed to providing a high level of service.
The ability to speak Welsh and to complete tasks such as writing e-mail messages to a range of audiences in Welsh is essential for this post. Applications are welcome from those who are committed to developing their Welsh language skills to this level.
