Account Manager

This company are looking for a German speaking Account Manager to join their team based in Newcastle Upon Tyne.

Title: Account Manager – German Speaking

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

Salary: £18,000 basic salary plus commission. On target earnings circa £28,000.

Account Manager – German Speaking – In this role you will:

- Provide accurate pricing and information across the range of products to proactively encourage growth and development of a defined base of customers and partners.

- Consistently perform against KPI’s, maximising all cross-sell opportunities to ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

- Accurately process all orders, taking responsibility to ensure they are fulfilled.

- Maintain an accurate and up to date pipeline on our internal CRM system and ensure that feedback is relayed to the appropriate team manager.

- Be proactive and responsible in enhancing your knowledge, skills and abilities through effective personal development.

- Provide telephone sales support to both internal and external customers and partners.

Account Manager – German Speaking – The successful candidate will be:

- Fluent in German

- A background in sales and account management

- An exceptional communicator, both written and oral.

- Able to negotiate effectively and handle difficult and confrontational situations

- Comfortable working towards targets and deadlines

- Highly organised, with the ability to follow through and manage a larger workload

- A good problem solver and motivated by team work and resolving any issues.

- Passionate about giving great customer service.

- PC literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Outlook)

This role is based in Newcastle upon Tyne and commutable from Gateshead, Sunderland, Washington, Blyth, Cramlington, Morpeth, Chester-le-Street, Houghton le Spring, Seaham, Stamfordham, Ponteland, Prudhoe, Whalton and Hexham.
