An Account Manager is required to join one of the fastest growing companies in the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, negotiate and manage the supplier base nationally
- Visit all business critical sites nationally and maintain full documentation
- Conduct 5 year planning for M&E assets
- Review and manage all quotes on the CAFM
- Manage communication between customers and suppliers
- Produce management reports
- Chair and minute client meetings
- Respond to OOH calls where required
- Mobilise additional service lines
- Establish best value and best practise
- Analyse CAFM data to improve value for money
- Manage change orders for contract
- To manage change and expectations with client
- Maintain and monitor agreed compliance on the estate
- To drive innovation, quality and continuous improvement initiatives
- Re-engineer services and communicate with all parties effectively
- To setup and maintain all scheduled tasks on CIMS as agreed with the clients
- To maintain management toolkits for the effective delivery of the integrated service
Skills & Experience Required:
- Team management and leadership in a customer focused service arena
- Will have previously managed a related support services operation
- Customer service management
- Facilities services management (cleaning, security, maintenance, catering and others)
- Knowledge and understanding of critical engineering systems/services and statutory compliance
- Strong understanding of Quality and Safety systems such as ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001
- Knowledge and understanding of quality systems and quality management.
- Able to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of plant and systems, to enable benchmarking of costs to deliver best value.
