Location: Vacancies in Winchester and Basingstoke.

Salary:

Store Manager: £20,000 - £30,000

Duty Manager: £7.71 per hour

Customer Service Assistant: £7.20 per hour

For that to happen, their stores need the right people to take the lead, inspiring, and motivating the team to deliver high standards and great customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

The organisation has vacancies across all levels of their store teams in Winchester and Basingstoke ranging from Customer Service Assistants to Duty and Store Managers.

You will be representing your respective store in all things you do. You'll work with your colleagues to make sure the store is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times. With customers being your main concern, you will do your utmost to make sure all of their requirements are met so they leave the stores happy and return as happy, regular customers.

Managers will drive the success of the stores through sales and managing the staff on shifts. Duty Managers will assist their respective Store Manager in managing the team, picking up additional duties in the Store Managers' absence, managing cash, monitoring P/L and reducing waste.

Key Requirements:

They're looking for hands-on, experienced, and motivated staff to join their team and help drive their stores' successes to new heights. You will need to be professional and customer focused with a friendly attitude.

For a Duty Manager; you'll have a minimum of one year's supervisory experience within a similar retail business, and be committed to achieving exceptional customer service standards. With your organisation skills you'll prioritise effectively and be confident in your decision making.

These roles offer the opportunity to develop so you'll need to be committed to developing your own skills, applying the learning to improve performance. You'll need to be a Personal Licence Holder as a Store or Duty Manager.
